After creating the order, you are sent to the online gateway. The order is finalized only after the gateway confirms payment. If payment cannot start or fails, the order and amount remain in your account so you can continue payment later.
For eligible small, non-hazardous products, postal shipping is shown and paid before checkout. Estimated methods show a reserved amount before payment; any surplus is returned to the wallet, and an additional payment is requested only before dispatch when needed.
The checkout amount covers delivery to the freight terminal and packaging only. The main carrier freight is determined by and paid directly to the carrier; the store does not quote or collect it.
For addresses in Tehran and Alborz provinces, checkout offers courier or telephone-taxi delivery only. Postal and freight methods are not shown, and the courier fare is paid directly to the courier at delivery.
After handoff to the carrier, your order details show the tracking code and, when recorded, the waybill or receipt number, origin and destination branches, and carrier phone number.
